Cancellation Policy: Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rates are based on up to four guests. The Escape at Greenfield operates seasonally from spring through fall. A cleaning fee and damage protection fee apply to each reservation. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Please note the property is located on a working farm in a rural setting.;
